Here are the basic steps for applying:

1. Click on the 'Apply for an ID Card' link on the left, under 'Navigation'
2. Fill out your personal information, the parish to which you belong, etc.
3. Browse for and upload a photo of yourself, and crop it online
4. Browse for and upload legal documentation
5. Pay for your ID Card on PayPal
6. Wait for the ID Card to arrive in the mail
